The Social Echo Chamber

Hi there,

Two things happened last week: The Met Gala and the leak of a draft majority opinion overruling Roe V Wade by the Supreme Court. We already talked about the Met Gala a while ago. If you want to learn more, click here. I’ll link some good outfits, and do a brief 101 of who slayed below.

We can’t skirt the topic because we talk about culture here, and right now our American culture is gripped by Roe V Wade. I’m going to withhold my typical gregarious opinion for you this week because I do know views held around this topic are deep and extremely divided. I also think you already know what I would say. You know me by now.

The internet discourse, however, was “happening” and those online did not hold back their opinions. In fact, the conversations overwhelmed Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram. You really couldn’t go online without seeing a statement related to Roe V Wade.

I’m sharing a few different links below that might help you learn more about Roe V. Wade and the different conversations happening around this topic.

K SO THE MET GALA

There was a lot more, just Google “met gala best and worst” I don’t even get who gets to decide if it’s good or not I’m not THAT IN ON FASHYUN.
